I'm writing letters to Representative Stephen Lynch, Brian Schweitzer and Jon Tester imploring them to consider a run for 2020.

If any of them could be competitive in the primary, I think they could help bring the eventual Democratic nominee (which is extremely unlikely to be any of those three) back to earth enough to understand how and why they should appeal to the White working class.

Forget Jones, it's Linda Sarsour and Piven who have me laughing.

Linda Sarsour's appearance really discredits the whole event

What's wrong with Sarsour and Piven.

Nothing. I don't know too much about Piven, but Sarsour is just a theologically conservative, politically progressive Palestinian-rights activist that the right-wing and some on the left dislike for her supposed hypocrisy resulting from her religious identity.

In a Politico piece about Chris Murphy's Twitter skills, he's asked about 2020:

It's funny but Murph is defiantly the dark horse we could be calling president in 2020

Murphy has some potentially serious issues, at least in the general; specifically, his stance on gun control and his past financial controversies.
