Lots of wishful thinking here . It's not even a press conference, just his availability to the media, to answer questions:

AP: Mr. Kasich, who previously had no political events scheduled today, added an 11:10 a.m. press availability in the east ballroom of the Sheraton New York Times Hotel in New York City.

And he has also issued this statement, which explains what the event will be about: "The past 24 hours revealed in the clearest way yet that Donald Trump is not prepared to be president. On top of all his previous inflammatory statements, yesterday he proposed punishing women who receive abortions, attacked the Geneva Conventions and said he’d nominate Supreme Court justices based on who will look into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal,” Mr. Kasich said.

I tried to watch the stream of this event on Politico earlier but I guess I was either far too early or far too late because I got about 45 minutes of coverage on the Japan/US/South Korea trilateral nuclear talks instead.


Which was quite interesting in its own right, so I can't say I am too upset.
