Pennsylvania outside of Greater Philadelphia and Greater Pittsburgh is very R.

So is Illinois away from Greater Chicago.

A county map of the electoral results of 2016 is going to look heavily Atlas Blue... but that will not mean much.   

We'll see about that in seven months, I guess. The same applies to Michigan.
