For some reason the largest city in Europe might be better competition than Bydczowchaznikchz, and even if Latah County in northern Idaho still wins there are some various small towns, an Indian village, and a quaint Scottish hamlet to act as vote splitters.

Living in the Moscow suburbia (because I will have no monies for city centre), commieblocks, DOTA 2, krokodil, hardbass, nazbols, squating or living in the Russian village without running water and living on grandmother sh**tty pension - great choice.

As opposed to Russia and the empty towns?

The Russian word for Moscow is Moskva, and there is a Moskva, Tajikistan ('08 pop 20,700).

There are some other US Moscows according to the Nat Geo Atlas (10th ed).
Moscow, AR (uninc post office)
Moscow, TN ('10 pop 556)
Moscow, TX (uninc, '00 pop 170)
Moscow, VT (uninc)

But if you want a challenging Moscow to live at, I'd suggest the Moscow University Ice Shelf.

As to the question, with the U of ID in Moscow and WSU only 10 mi west, it would seem hard to complain too much about that location.

Moscow, ID doesn't look like too bad a place.  And as a gay, I still stand a better chance there than anywhere in bleak Putinistan.

Obviously one of the 'merican ones.  I don't care enough to do any research or vote.

Obviously Moscow, Russia. Two Romes have fallen, the third stands. My parents were born in Russia, and I would like to live in Moscow at some point in my life.

I've been to Moscow, ID, and while it's not bad, (how many state flagship college towns are outright bad anyway?) I wouldn't want to live there.

The one in Kansas

guessing that it is pretty quiet, and very little crime, but has enough food and water and shelter to sustain a population of ~300

In any case, I'd love to move from there, but this Tongue
Fwiw, I visited Moscow, Russia and it was beautiful and great, a truly good city, but Russia today is a homophobic nation I'd never want to live in. Maybe someday.
