Would you rather live in Quebec or Louisiana?

I'd have to pick Quebec because I'd prefer its climate and scenery, although I don't speak any French. Plus, Quebec City looks amazingly beautiful.

Louisiana, I have to deal with rude French Canadians coming down as snowbirds every year and acting like they own the place.  I'm sure Quebec I a nice place but too many bad experiences

Florida has some very generous and easy to get travel/residency rules for Canadian snowbirds apparently. Basically as long as you stay less then half of a calendar year you are ok. This allows rude Canadian snowbirds to take the state over from October/November to April every year lol.

We can always tell who the new Canadian arrivals are too. Blinding us in the sunlight with their paper white skin...
