I'm going to laugh if Kasich moves into 2nd place nationally after the next two weeks. The next two weeks are going to be awful for Cruz.

Here’s another pollster that provided 538 with crosstabs on states that have already voted vs. those who haven’t yet:

Clinton +12 over Sanders
Trump +17 over Cruz and +28 over Kasich

States that haven’t voted yet:
Clinton and Sanders tied
Trump +22 over Cruz and +26 over Kasich
