If only this were a midterm, a Republican could dream...
With the right candidate, in 2014, if Hogan had coattails.  I wonder why Kefalas wasn't polled, I think he's a better candidate for MD than Szeliga.

This is interesting considering blacks are overwhelmingly for Hillary. White Hillary voters must be going for Van Hollen by North Korea margins. Who are the Sanders/Van Hollen voters?

I am s Sanders/ Van Hollen voter as is my mother

Western Maryland is probably a lot of Van Hollen/ Sanders voters
Makes sense, because that area is very rural and mostly White.
