Wow, maybe Trump really does have a GA problem.

Trump is a terrible fit for the South Atlantic states. I expect VA, NC and GA to be three of the most Democratic states in 50 years.

In what ways?

Demographic changes, college-educated Whites, more moderate suburban White women, etc. It's more of a problem for him in NC/VA than it is in GA, though. Republicans need to max out the White vote in those states to have any chance of winning because the Democrats are basically getting 100% of the Black vote. Trump cannot afford to lose any White Romney voters in NC, for example - unless he is able to make inroads with minority voters.
