Here's a map I made for Colorado 2020 , when it's expected to gain one seat.

Denver metro:

CO-01 - R+13, El Paso County
CO-02 - D+2, "Ski Country" district, follows highways from Pueblo to Fort Collins
CO-03 - D+6, Boulder and Weld counties and the city of Loveland in Larimer County
CO-04 - D+2, Broomfield and Jeffco, Denver south of Yale avenue and west of Federal blvd, as well a small bit west of Sheridan blvd
CO-05 - D+10, Adamco, far east Arapahoe county, Elbert County, Denver international airport and Denver west of highway 87,
CO-06 - D+1, Arapahoe County, town of Aurora and Douglas county
CO-07 - D+13, rest of Denver, and Littleton.
CO-08 - R+14, everything else - Grand Junction, rest of rural Colorado.

2 safe R, 3 safe D, 3 swing but lean D.

It's possible to draw a very competitive, urban district outside of Philly and Pittsburgh metros and NE PA:
R+1.
