4th GA poll in a week Smiley

Clinton   40.9
Trump   44.1
Lib / Ind   10.2
Undecided   4.8

17% of African Americans for Trump haha,
Trump only gets 71% of the GOP, Clinton gets 83% of Dems.
Hillary does better with the landline than the mobile survey.

I think the sharks smell the blood in the water, so to speak. It looks like GA will be highly competitive this year, possibly flipping.

GOP trying to see if they need to protect their territory.

http://www.myajc.com/news/news/state-regional-govt-politics/spending-on-georgias-us-senate-race-smashed-record/njdkN/ They spent $47M in 2014 to protect the Senate seat, can't wait to see how much they spend in a presidential year Smiley

I wish they did an ideology crosstab in addition to the party crosstab.

These are sad numbers for Trump. Hillary is going to get 90% of the black vote at worst, so just that alone bumps her up to 46.5% and him down to 42% (she can't get 90% of the black vote without him at 10% of the black vote).

The 15% undecided are GOP voters who will break for trump in the end.

This will be a trump +6/7 state in the end.

However, numbers like these should make Republicans feel verry happy about the Electoral college.

Finally the EC is working in Pub favor and I can easily see Trump losing the popular vote and winning the EC.

If GA is close enough that the Electoral College is seen as working in the GOP's favor, Democrats are winning the election by a wide margin.

Yeah, that's what I thought he meant, but it just didn't make any sense to me. As much as I defended the notion in one of these other GA poll threads a few days ago that Georgia isn't going to be 10-12 points off of the national margin in every future election, the nation isn't going to become so unglued that OH, FL, etc are nail-biters while Trump is winning GA by low single-digits.
