Oklahoma
Trump 48%
Clinton 28%
Johnson 6%
Undecided 18%

Trump is unaffected by Johnson (L) being in the race in Oklahoma.

Candidate — Favorable-Unfavorable (Net)

Trump — 38-52 (-14)
Clinton — 30-63 (-33)

There are more results in this image, but it's so large I wont post it here:

Johnson wasn't even on the ballot in 2012. Did he make it on in 2016 or did this pollster just add him as an option for the sake of it?

He did make it on to the ballot, though no other 3rd parties did.

Uh... why wouldn't they include Johnson?

Polls always inflate the numbers of third parties or nonfactor candidates.

The big story is that this is a 13-point improvement for the Democrats.

Is Johnson going to be on the ballot in Oklahoma this November? I could have sworn I saw him say that he made the ballot in all 50 states somewhere, but I thought Oklahoma was the toughest state for third parties to make the ballot?

It is, but the Libertarians managed to turn in a successful petition this year.
