I think reality is likely somewhere between this and the SUSA poll.

I wish, not getting my hopes up.

I think reality is likely somewhere between this and the SUSA poll.

You're probably right.

How is Clinton leading by 6% with whites and 9% with Hispanics but only 2% overall? Huh

I'm skeptical, since these geniuses have Clinton up by only 10 against the Donald, when she's actually ahead by at least 25.

Why doesn't anyone ever show how accurate or inaccurate this PPIC has been in past elections?

This isn't just a matter of subsamples. Whites and Hispanics are going to be almost 80% of the electorate. If these numbers are true then Sanders must be winning the rest (Blacks, Asians) by 2 to 1 margin at least to lose overall by 2.

You realize the SUSA poll showing her up 18 is actually more recent if you look at the field dates, right?

Sub-samples can be strange sometimes.

But however strange they are these come close to being mathematically impossible. Unless, of course, they somehow got large number of blacks and Asians, all of whom vote for Sanders.

538's pollster rating is A-, but that's with only 10 polls analyzed, and their rating of SUSA is A.
