In this scenario,  Grover Cleveland remained popular throughout his second term and keeps Vice President Adlai Stevenson as his running mate. Former President Benjamin Harrison defeats McKinley for the nomination. William Jennings Bryan runs to represent the populist democrats. You choose the running mates for Harrison and Bryan. Discuss with maps.

Interesting Scenario. I bet that Cleveland would have won:

✓ President Grover Cleveland (D-NY)/Vice President Adlai Stevenson (D-IL): 234 EVs.; 45.5%
Former President Benjamin Harrison (R-IN)/Governor William McKinley (R-OH) 191 EVs.; 40.0%
Former Representative William J. Bryan (P-NE)/Former Attorney General of Virginia James G. Fied (P-VA): 24 EVs.; 14.2%
