Should the Republican Party of California just be disbanded?  I think it's going extinct.

They have 14 HoR seats and frequently cause Dems anxiety in about 6 others. The Mayors of San Diego and Fresno are republicans. The race for comptroller was close to being a 2-republican runoff in 2014.
