I wouldn't consider Hans Adam II as a dictator though he has extraordinary authority in modern standarts.  He has executive power and he confirm the cabinet. However local parliament or the Landtag is elected by popular elections. It's seems to clear that vast majority of Liechtensteiners accept their current form of the government.
