Pat Toomey (R, inc.): 45%
Katie McGinty (D): 42%

Toomey trails badly among Blacks and Hispanics, but he leads McGinty by 18 points among White voters.

The number of undecideds went down, and Toomey held the margin, even though this second poll is an internal. Overall, I'd say it's a little better for Toomey.
