Tim Kaine as VP would strenghten her lead, though I think she'll win VA with a chance of 95%.

Obviously this is a joke poll, because Trump's appeal to the rural and working class voters who are at very low turnout will be countered by turnout in Northern Virginia going to 150% and making this Lean D.

Or is Atlas's belief that Northern Virginia will definitely have higher turnout shockingly not grounded in reality?

Virginia is now  a Northern State with a veneer of Southern heritage -- some Confederate heroes increasingly irrelevant to modern politics.

Oh, I think it will, and Clinton will get nearly 2/3rds in Fairfax/Prince William and high 50's in Loudoun and in Henrico in the Richmond suburbs.  It's just that people forget that the rest of the state can still compensate.  And Trump is not a horrible fit for the Hampton Roads.  If black turnout drops even a bit, he could run as well as or better than Romney there.  I'm a broken record on this, but see VA-GOV 2013.  The nutty Cuccinelli still came close even with unprecedented turnout/margins in NOVA because he was winning in the mountains by like 70/25.

Show his staffers beating up people with BLACK LIVES MATTER shirts and connect Trump to fascist pig David DuKKKe, and blacks will vote as if Barack Obama were on the ballot, if for very different reasons.
