I'm going with Warren. They're hyping her up on social media and in fundraising emails non-stop (Warren even wrote one), and they fed off each others' energy a lot in their rally yesterday. A lot of the hugging/touching and things they said to each other sounded a lot like things you'd see from running mates. Warren looks like a good hype woman. Their body language really showed that they were comfortable with each other.

Right now it looks like Warren, but things could obviously change.

Of course of those two I'd prefer Warren, but I think I could live with Kaine, as long as trump picks someone like Sessions or Fallin.

Still sad my boy Al isn't a real contender Cry

Warren is beginning to look more and more likely to be Clinton's VP pick.

Out of everyone rumored to be on Clinton's VP short list Warren seems to be the most active on the campaign trail.

  • She gave a full-throated endorsement of Hillary Clinton.
  • She's delivered several scathing critiques of Donald Trump.
  • She recently visited Clinton at her private residence for an hour-long discussion.
  • Recently visited Clinton's campaign headquarters to motivate staffers
  • Harry Reid appears to be pushing for her to be Clintons VP
  • She, hands-down, has been given the most media coverage out of all the rumored VP choices.

Now with this recent event in Cincinnati, I'm almost 100% convinced it's going to be Warren. Why else would the Clinton campaign be hyping up Warren so much?

Here's a twitter post from Clinton today:

I also believe Warren wrote up a fundraising e-mail for the Clinton campaign recently. Everything just seems to be lining up perfectly for a Warren nomination.

Also, I don't know why everyone thinks Tim Kaine is the odds on favorite to be Clinton's VP pick. If anything, Kaine is the dark horse, and Warren is the odds on favorite.

People think it'll be Kaine because he's an inoffensive white man. That's it.

That seems to be the case.

All I hear are the reasons why people think he'll make a good VP pick, but I see nothing to indicate that he'll actually be selected.

Warren on the other hand...

If it's between Warren and Kaine, then it will be Kaine. If it's not Kaine, I still don't think it will be Warren.

I guess I'm the opposite of this site. Last week I thought it would be Kaine, but now I've moved more towards Warren, with the Cincy rally, Clinton's campaign hyping her up constantly on social media and fundraising emails (remember that stupid "Wall Street people won't donate if it's Warren!" story? well they're using Warren to fundraise anyway), and Warren's appearances in the media and TV talking up Clinton.

I still say that it's not going to be Warren. She has some liabilities that Hillary doesn't want to deal with. I just read this Time article and it articulates much better than me why Warren is unlikely the one.

Hillary Clinton is a lot of things, but stupid is not one of them. Her natural coalition includes centrist Democrats and moderate Republicans who value experience and strong foreign policy. She's not going to run with a closeted socialist agitator on the same ticket. She's milking Warren for momentum, media and money right now, and then she'll discard her and go with Kaine or someone else who is more inclusive. After Kaine, I have Booker as the next most likely.

I like Kaine. Out of all of them he seems to be the most experienced and "presidential-ready".

Don't waste Warren in the VP slot. Nothing to do there, really. Her wings will be clipped.

Kaine has been helping Hillary for a long time now, unlike Warren who just came out recently with her endorsement. Who cares if Kaine is "boring". He sounds like the best choice.

Warren. It just makes too much sense. She fires up the base, she's a great attack dog, and she lessens Clinton's Wall Street ties.

People who say "But, Gov. Baker will nominate a Republican" are being short sighted. That Republican would have to run in a special election within 90 days that they would almost certainly lose. The Democratically dominated legislature could also pass new legislation altering the terms of Baker's power like they did with Romney in 2004.

I think it will be Kaine. He's by far the best potential VP pick for Hillary.

Clinton is too careful to not pick an inoffensive, dopey boob who wont mind being VP in name only and taking direction from Bill. It's so obviously going to be Kaine that it hurts.

In order:
1. Kaine
2. Warren
3. Castro

Really wanting Warren and Bacerra is my dark-horse pick, but Kaine has many pros and fews cons going for him. If Massachusetts didn't have a republican governor, I think Warren would have a better chance. Then again, I feel Al Franken would be a good pick as well so what do I know?
