Would Donald Trump or Lyin' Ted do better against Hillary?

I honestly believe that Donald Trump would do better against Hillary than Lyin' Ted. Not only is Lyin' Ted  just as extreme and dangerous as Donald Trump is, he's also very unlikeable and uncharismatic.

Donald Trump also has much more crossover appeal than Lyin' Ted. I could imagine an Obama-Donald Trump voter. I'm sure there are millions of centrist/center-left voters who voted for Obama who aren't openly racist but are still very concerned about immigration and globalization and like some of the more "moderate" positions that Donald Trump holds (like healthcare, trade, SSM, etc.) On the other hand, Lyin' Ted has very little crossover appeal. I can't imagine an Obama-Lyin' Ted voter. Lyin' Ted is a far-right extremist who appeals to no one other than fellow far-right extremists. Most moderate voters would never vote for Lyin' Ted. Donald Trump has better crossover appeal.

Donald Trump has a higher ceiling but a lower floor IMO. Donald Trump's ceiling is is 50% and his floor is 42%. Lyin' Ted's floor is 43%, but his ceiling is 48%.

I think Hillary would defeat Donald Trump 52%-45%, and would defeat Lyin' Ted 52%-44%.

I think Donald Trump would do slightly better.

Probably Trump. Cruz would do worse than Romney did in the Midwest and Northeast. He would do better in the West and South, but mostly in safe red states like Idaho, Texas, and Alabama.

Obviously Trump. He's easily getting a double digit percentage of us Obama faithful. Maybe even 15%!

Cruz is consistently conservative, but he is not an extremist. I would've been an Obama-Cruz supporter.

Trump has a higher ceiling, but Cruz has a higher floor.

Trump has a slightly higher chance of winning than Cruz would've, but Trump also has a higher chance of getting shellacked.

Rafael is unelectable. TRUMP gets support from across the spectrum.

Actually, Ted Cruz is an evil POS.

Thankfully, he is unelectable at the national level.

I can imagine there are many Obama-Trump voters out there, especially in the Rust Belt. Aside from a few oddballs like Santander, I can't imagine there are many Obama-Cruz voters.
