Only thing that would make this possible is genetics. Which are on his side since he has a family history of living to at least 90. But the guy is clearly unhealthy. I'd be surprised if he's still here in 20 years.

I would also add to this: The amount of coke Trump almost assuredly snorted in the 1980's (And probably after) could not have been good for his heart.

Of course he *can*, but it's extremely unlikely he *will*.


He's obese and his lifestyle isn't very healthy, but at the same time he doesn't smoke or drink, and his father lived to be 93. I'd guess he'll make it to 85 or so.
