Fox Poll is liberal? Fox in the tank for Clinton? Are you joking me?

Most comments on all sites Breitbart, right-wing blogs and fringe conservative news sites I read all thrash her. How is this possible?! Really? REALLY?

Sometimes it is hard to accept how utterly stupid large swathes of America is in regards to politics. I mean for gods sakes, that last comment is probably the best example of how some people have lived in a political bubble for so long that they are not even aware that there is another side of America (which is larger) that really dislikes their side.

This is why social media is so terrible, it just allows people to create and perpetuate their bubbles. The number of people who seemed so shocked that people had different views to themselves and their friends...

Definitely agree. The internet isn't helping political polarization, it's actually making it worse in a lot of ways.

So if I read it correctly Fox has a "B" grade for polling from Nate Silver/538?

What are the trends from the last Fox national poll?

The last national Fox poll was from late June (as far as I can see) and had Clinton +6 in the two-way and +5 in the four-way. Basically in line with the trends at the time.

They also have an R bias, so this poll is making me really happy.

If he can't stop with the stupid attacks he is either trying to lose or has a serious personality disorder.

Of course we ALL know that the correct answer is that he has "a serious personality disorder."

No, you're probably thinking of Fox / Opinion Research, which is R+0.5 and a B grade at 538.  This poll is from Fox / Anderson Robbins Research / Shaw & Company Research, which is D+0.4 with an A grade.

I'm certain that "the last comment" (which you are pointing to) was from someone in the "poorly educated" category.

Why does Fox do three way when the standard elsewhere is 2 way/4 way? The weird third party polling is really annoying this cycle and I wish a clearer picture would emerge about what's going on there. I would not be surprised if Johnson is inflated by a couple extra percent if the Stein supporters picked him as an "other."

And I wouldn't be surprised if Johnsin is inflated by shy Clinton/Trump supporters.

Obama led the RCP average by about 4 points after the conventions in 2012, some of his highest leads in an election that never got beyond a tiny range.

Hillary is now at 5.1 points and climbing.

I wonder how long it takes for Republican Clear Politics to enter this into their system.

Hillary is now at 5.1 points and climbing.
BEAUTIFUL POLLING LEADS

Very nice indeed !
I believe that new polls released within the next 1 or 2 weeks, will drive that number a little bit higher
Maxwell, curious ..... Why do you refer to RCP as "Republican Clear Politics" ?

The RCP average currently has nine polls, but four of them include data from during the DNC. If you look at just the five purely post DNC polls you get a 2-way average of Clinton 48.8 and Trump 42.2, or a 6.6 point lead. So she may have a bit more room to grow.

Right now it isn't clear if Clinton DNC bump will fade a bit as bumps usually do or if it will be sustained due to the Khan and other stories hurting Trump. But right now it is hard to imagine Clinton losing at least a small lead any time before the first debate, unless there is some big event that hurts Clinton or helps Trump.

There was an interesting moment on Thursday on The Greta show on Fox where she had Karl Rove on and she started to unskew the Fox poll claiming that it can't be right due to crowd sizes for Trump. And amazingly, Karl was having none of it...

Unlike many Republicans, it seems that Karl Rove has learned the lessons of 2012.

The way things are going, unless RNC dumps Trump soon, in a month or so we will be having serious discussions if Trump can win ANY states.

Among Blacks in the 3-Way:
Clinton - 85%
Johnson - 7%
Trump - 1%

     Wow, that is brutal.

A very special relationship!
