Five states — Arizona, California, Maine, Massachusetts and Nevada — will decide whether to legalize marijuana for recreational use. Four other states — Arkansas, Florida, Montana and Missouri — will decide whether to allow doctors to prescribe marijuana for medicinal use.

My guess is it will pass in all 5 states trying to legalize. Which would bring the number up to 9 states, plus DC. While, medical will pass in Arkansas (almost passed the last time it was on the ballot) and Montana. Not sure about Florida (takes 60%) and Missouri (would probably guess yes).
