If all of the above really endorse Johnson, he'll probably occupy enough of the political zeitgeist to get into the debates.

This is fake.  Nobody is reporting on this.  If there really was an event being held where the three highest-profile names in the Republican Party were going to endorse a third party, it would be on the front page of CNN, not in the Santa Monica Observer.

Yeah, I'll believe this when there's a real source.

People like McCain, facing tough reelection, would rather stay as silent as possible on the presidential race than openly endorse a third party candidate. Romney or the Bushes doesn't have a political future, so they don't have to care.

But, I believe when I see it.

I don't buy it. McCain might get a boost from people who don't want Trump, but an elected Republican turning on their nominee who is relatively supported in the party electorate would doom McCain

Not sure McCain gives a F at this point. I'm not even sure he's all there. He really needs to just retire.

Wasn't jeb supposed to endorse Johnson a few weeks ago as was rumored? I'll take this was a grain of salt.

I doubt McCain does so, at least not before his primary.

The others are plausible.  A Romney endorsement throws Johnson right into contention for Utah's 6 EVs.
