Kasich would I think. I'm not sure about Rubio.

I never understood why some people on Atlas thought WI was in play.
It is at a minimum, a Likely-D state.
If this poll holds up, it is Safe-D.

He is about the worst possible fit for the state. At his best, Trump was behind by 5. He has NEVER led in any WI poll and never will.
