There's something going on in this state.... we've probably reached the point where it will vote to the right of NH.
You know this based on a Gravis poll?

Again, it's Gravis. The lead is suspect, perhaps too small.

I want a Zogby poll of Oklahoma dammit!

LOL Gravis

But if true, it means that ME-2 is around a 3-4 point lead for Clinton

If they release 2 state polls each day now (especially states that nobody polls), I'm fine with it.

No, there isn't. Polls understate leads in same states all the time. Maine is Safe D.

At this stage, I think that ME-2 will go for Hillary in November.  Of course, on Election Night, the networks will try to maintain the suspense and hold back that one EV.  I can see Wolf Blitzer get into his hyperexcitability mode over this.

Blitzer will talk about how CNN is "watching the results closely in Maine's 2nd district".  They always "watch results closely".

As opposed to watching the results distantly, I guess.

It might be the resettlement of refugees in Maine.

That's about right, especially the IF true part.

I think ME-2 was about 7-8 points apart from ME-1 in the last cycle and 4 off of the state average. I am still not buying the ME-2 is close meme though.

Sky high third party numbers seem almost believable here. Maine has a real independent streak and I think it's possible both Stein and Johnson could end up over 5%.
