My amendment failed (tied 2-2), so this is where we are at. Since my absence precluded me from yelling at y'all for not voting for my (sane, ff) amendment. We're back to here. As it stands, I will not vote for this bill for reasons already mentioned, and I'll reiterate that 16 is WAY too low for a regional drinking age. (Also, I cannot change the title so, sorry bout that)
