Bush W was a compassionate conservative in the sense like McCain was, eventhough they were Tories; consequently, the supported pro growth agenda: SSA reform, 401 K for younger workers, Bush W passed no child left behind, minimum wage and comprehensive immigration reform. Trump has kept Bush W wall but not raising the minimum, gun control and campaign finance reform are all left on Mcconnell's desk.
