Alright, looks as if we're ready to go! Who shall be our speaker?

I'm willing to take the job, given that you've gotta leave next week.

Is this where I'd appoint the Lt. Governor?

Thanks! But does this mean I can't be speaker?

I don't see why you can't do both. We should really get moving with actual legislation.

I agree. Let's get moving. What's first, the SOAP?

What do I do with the SOAP if I think we should start discussing it?

If we adopt the SOAP, we will have an issue.

I would just like to point out, y'all will have to schedule another special election for my departure. I'll still handle this election, but you have to elect a new speaker, and Flo has to appoint a new Lieutenant

Shouldn't have that special election have happened today?

Seeing as there is still no Lieutenant Governor...

I nominate Gass3268 to be the next Lt. Gov of the Northern region.

X Flo

Cool.  Let's get a hearing started....I defer to LLR on that.

What don't you understand about the fact that, since I am no longer in this assembly, I am no longer Speaker/Lt. Gov.

I'm not sure if this is in order.  We still have no Speaker, and the SOAP says nothing about who the Acting Speaker would be.  It would be the Acting Speaker's job to open hearings, which would last for 72 hours (three days).  I note that this can be shortened to a minimum of 36 hours (one day and twelve hours).

I was also under the impression that LLR was the speaker?

If anything I'd appoint him to be acting speaker, effective immediately.

Is this supposed to be an insult?

Also, what Enduro said.
