I'm not sure if the SOAP needs to be signed by the Governor, seeing as it only relates to the workings of the Assembly and isn't a bill, as such.

(I may well be confusing amendments to the SOAP, and the initial bill needs to be approved by the Governor. Eitherway, it's happened now.)

The initial bill needed a signature, yes, but any future amendments or rule changes will not.

Next order of business for the Assembly is to elect a new Speaker, though it might be necessary to put that off until the next special election concludes.
