2. If a candidate seeking office on a Lincoln election ballot is not a registered member of a regional political party, on the ballot their regional party will be listed as "Unaffiliated".
3. Lincoln election ballots are defined as ballots distributed by the Secretary of State of Lincoln or any other official administering a Lincoln regional election during an election period in a Voting Booth forum thread.

Section 2. Public promotion
1. The Secretary of State of Lincoln, or, in his absence or delegation, the Lieutenant Governor of Lincoln, will be tasked with maintaining a "Lincoln Regional Party Index" page which will be posted on the Atlas Fantasy Elections main page to raise awareness to the political parties that Lincolnites can join.
2. This page will be continually updated with the names of all regional political parties. If colors of each party, ideology and other features of the party are provided by the party's chairman in either the New Register Thread or in a message to the official in charge of the thread, those will be duly added.
3. This page will also contain directions of how to sign up to join or create a regional party (in the New Register Thread hosted by the Registrar General), and a link to the New Register Thread.
4. Other specifics of the page will be left for the decisions of the official in charge.

AN ACT relative to the definition of a pet vendor

L 15.10 is amended as follows:

Adds Section 3. Any person who sells or transfers 20 or more dogs, 20 or more cats, 30 or more ferrets, 30 or more birds, or 50 or more small animals such as, but not limited to, gerbils, rats, mice, and reptiles, within one calendar year is considered a pet vendor and is subject to unannounced searches by the Department of Agriculture of Lincoln to ensure the health of the breeding animals and the offspring as well as the sanitation of the breeding facility and the propriety of the operations.
