Considering Emerson's seemingly republican bias in other polls out in the last couple days good news for Ross.  This race is a tossup imo.

Well,
I think it clearly confirms that Ross is trailinh by 2-3 considering the apparent slight bias of Emerson, right?

NC is a very racially polarized state and not friendly to its incumbents. Burr was never going to win easily. This race is a Tossup.
