Why on Earth would Trump win it? Bush barely won it despite winning Indiana by double digits. No way Trump is going to win by that much.

Trump will win it even if he loses nationally. Vigo will trend massively to Trump along with the counties above and below it, Vermillion and Sullivan. These are ancestral working class white democrat counties.

It's only a D+1.4 county.  In theory, assuming a uniform swing, if Trump wins by more than a nailbiter, he should win Vigo County.  If Trump loses, Clinton should win the county.

Stronger area for Trump - definitely won't be as close to the national average as it has been in past elections, but I'd say Clinton wins by a couple points.
