This is a strange statement, considering that Harris has led consistently by double digits, with over 20% in some polls. Sanches's only hope is that Republicans will break heavily for her but turnout among them is likely to be low, so she'll need to capture an extraordinary large amount of their votes, perhaps over 80%.
