Only overperforming Donald by 1 isn't a good sign

A 5 point race isnt nothing to brag about. Crist lead Scott by six before election and lost. But, You Gov polls showed Clinton ahead in FL.

Dems need this seat

Flawless Beauitful Marco Purple heart Purple heart Purple heart may very well be ahead right now, but if he is only narrowly overperforming Trump by a tiny margin, he can't rest easy.

This race is now, sadly, lean R as I see it.

In other news, Democrats pulled $700,000 worth of advertising out of this race today. Seems there'll be lots of tears when this one's called in November.

That will be true regardless of who wins, if we're being honest.

I've read that the money is being shifted to the last week of the campaign.

No, that happened last week (where they did indeed shift a bunch of money from late September to the end of the campaign, and were pretty loud about it: http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/the-buzz-florida-politics/dscc-delays-ad-buy-in-florida-us-senate-race/2292475); today, they cut $700,000 but very quietly (buried in this article about national strategy in the fifth paragraph: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/09/senate-democrats-north-carolina-missouri-228021).
