This is actually my university.

I think the likely voter Clinton Margin is on the high side, however, this poll was taken between  8/15/2016 through 9/12/16 and the early part of that poll was during a time when Clinton had a much more substantial lead.

I do not believe university polls are crap, but they have a tendency to poll over a long period of time. That  in itself is not good.
