2nd District: Clinton +4

Clinton was up 7-9 points in the national polls at that time.

This poll is coming from a left-leaning advocacy group. I'd be saying the same thing if the poll came from the NRA or a right-leaning advocacy group. It's not a mainline pollster.

Of course, on Atlas, you red avatars will think a PPP Poll paid for by the Democrats is anything other than akin to an internal.
