It's been over two years since deposed President had been sentenced to die by the new regime and it appeared in 2015 his execution would be imminent, but the regime relented in face of international pressure.

I imagine that he won't be, and if he is, it won't be till Sisi's regime has built up enough capital to execute the last real democratically elected leader.
