They're against Mountaintop removal mining, so they are actually pro-mountain.  If you've never looked at Southern WV on a satellite map, it is fairly amazing.

This is obviously a Republican internal. Justice is absolutely ahead, but I do expect a fairly close finish. It is interesting that Vermont and West Virginia will vote overwhelmingly for the party they were more loyal to throughout history, but both could elect a governor that is of their ancestral party.
