Not sure about this polls track record, but now that "Schools Back for Fall" we can expect to see a bunch more uni polls, the vast majority of which will likely be a bit sketchy, since they are designed more to teach students about probability and statistics, political polling, etc than to contribute to the overall Political-Science body of knowledge....

Not that there aren't a few solid uni polling orgs out there, but this is the exception and not the norm.

So this a robo landline poll?
No. It's a live-interview university poll.

Methodology
This report summarizes the results of a survey of registered voters in Pennsylvania, which was
conducted between September 12-23, 2016. During the field period interviewers called weekday
evenings between the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 PM and between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekends.
For each working phone number, interviewers made no fewer than six attempts to contact individuals
selected to participate in the study. Calls were initiated by CATI software or manually dialed and
relied on a list of randomly selected registered voters Pennsylvania obtained from L2

So is L2 the new norm for Uni polls?
