My riding by riding prediction
Rural
1.Klondike, Sandy Silver, Liberal
2.Kluane, Wade Istchenko, Yukon Party
3.Lake Laberge, Brad Cathers,Yukon Party
4.Mayo-Tatchun, Jim Tredger, NDP
5.Mount Lorne-Southern Lakes, Kevin Barr, NDP
6.Pelly-Nisutlin, Stacey Hassard, Yukon Party
7.Vuntut Gwitchin, Pauline Frost, Liberal
8.Watson Lake, Erin Labonte, NDP

Whitehorse
1.Copperbelt North, Pat McInroy, Yukon Party (I predict a close two way race between YP and Liberals)
2.Copperbelt South, Lois Moorcroft, NDP
3.Mountainview, Darrell Pasloski, Yukon Party
4.Porter Creek Centre, Michelle Kolla, Yukon Party (I predict a similar close two way race)
5.Porter Creek North, Geraldine Van Bibber, Yukon Party
6.Porter Creek South, Ranj Pillai, Liberal
7.Riverdale North, Nils Clarke, Liberal
8.Riversale South, Tracy McPhee, Liberal (Liberal gain over NDP)
9.Takhini-Kopper King, Kate White, NDP
10.Whitehorse Centre, Liz Hanson, NDP
11.Whitehorse West, Elaine Taylor, Yukon Party

Totals
Yukon Party: 8
NDP: 6
Liberal: 5

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/north/yukon-minority-government-election-2016-1.3834093

In this scenario, I predict a Yukon Party/Liberal coalition with the NDP as the official opposition.  Of course, the YP and the Liberals would have to work through their disagreement with the carbon tax to make this happen, but the Federal Liberals have kind of already made a territorial carbon tax a fait accompli.  So, it's more just a matter of the Yukon Party finding a way to save face over this.

Cabinet Prediction
1.Premier/Intergovernmental Affairs, Darrell Pasloski
2.Finance/Deputy Premier, Sandy Silver
3.Economic Development and Trade, Ranj Pillai
4.Tourism and Culture, Geraldine Van Bibber
5.Energy, Mines and Resources/Environment, Stacey Hassard
6.Highways and Public Works, Elaine Taylor
7.Education and Advanced Education, Tracy McPhee
8.Health and Social Services, Michelle Kolla
9Municipal Affairs/Public Service Commission, Wade Istchenko
10.Justice/Labour, Nils Clarke

Speaker, Brad Cathers

These things are hard to predict due to bad/hard to do polling, but I will go out on a limb and predict a Liberal majority.

Keeping in mind I haven't done that much research, here are some predictions:

Klondike: Liberal
Kluane: Liberal

Lake Laberge: YP
Mayo-Tatchun: NDP
Mount Lorne-Southern Lakes: NDP

Pelly-Nisultin: YP
Vuntut Gwitchin: Liberal
Watson Lake: YP
Copperbelt North: Liberal
Copperbelt South: NDP
Moutainview: YP
Porter Creek Centre: Liberal
Porter Creek North: Liberal
Porter Creek South: Liberal
Riverdale North: Liberal

Riverdale South: NDP
Takhini-Kopper King: NDP
Whitehorse Centre: NDP

Whitehorse West: YP

I know that doesn't come out to a majority, so Huh

The polling isn't great in the rural areas due to the potential quirks in a number of ridings, though the most popular party in most of the rural ridings has been quite clear for the past several elections.  In general, outside of Sandy Silver's riding and in Vuntut Gwitchin, the Liberals are likely a fairly distant third in most of the remaining rural ridings.

In Whitehorse, the indication from that one poll is that the Liberals are in first place, but fairly narrowly.

That'd be interesting; an election where *no* party gets double-digit seat numbers.

2 NDP 1 Liberal 1 Yukon

Riverdale South NDP incumbent Jan Stick has just a two vote lead, but to the Yukon Party and not to the Liberal who I predicted would win.

That's somewhat of a surprise.  John Streiker is the popular 2011 federal Green Party nominee.

I'd like to be the first to say that I think this election has been stolen with electoral fraud!!!! Cheesy

The Premier has lost his seat in Mountainview to the Liberal candidate, Jeanie Dendys. He actually finished in 3rd place.

Despite losing almost all of their seats, the NDP is doing well in the popular vote at 28%.

Liberal Nils Clarke wins in Riverdale North.

Some fairly strong new Liberal MLAs for a government.
