Bendixen-Amandi is a (D) pollster though:

Good that they included interview in Spanish (I know some people will hate that), but the Party ID looks a bit R-friendly, and Latinos were 19% of the electorate in 2012, so I'm not sure why they'd drop to 15%.  Either way, throw it in to the mix. inb4 NV'S A TOTAL TOSS-UP AGAIN!

You Hillary fetishists had your few days of glory and hype, so don't b*tch and moan around when I write "tie", which is totally accurate for that poll.

It's NOT a tie.  A "statistical tie", which is a terrible term anyway, is not the same thing as a tied result. A quote from the article (emphasis mine):

If you have any integrity in posting these results, you should change the header to Clinton+1.

In what Universe is Clinton 45, Trump 44, a tie?  Close, yes; tied, no.  You're completely in the wrong here.

Anyone who uses the term "statistical tie" has absolutely no understanding of statistics.

Can it seriously be argued that just writing "tie" when the race isn't literally tied is at least misleading?

He had no problem posting Trump +1 in a MO poll in early September. https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=244808.0

Anyway, I do find Tender descent into full-fledge hack humorous. Bernie lost, dude.....get over it.

Tender, you clearly had no problem distinguishing between +1 and a tie before, why now?

Stop being so stubborn. Please just change the title and stop being weird.

45% Clinton (D)
44% Trump (R)
  5% Johnson (L)
  1% Other
  5% Undecided

Title reflects the actual results.

"The poll surveyed 800 likely voters in Nevada in interviews conducted between Sep. 27 and Sept. 29 — immediately after the first televised presidential debate — in English and Spanish."

Not surprising. Nevada is a swing state. A lot of rugged individualists there like Trump and some Latinos may vote for Trump there. It's translating to the Nevada Senate race, in which Joe Heck could be the next Republican Senator from Nevada.

Instead of 50 posters launching an attack against me for writing "tie" into a heading, you guys should seriously wonder why Hillary's hyped lead has all but disappeared again within a matter of days in a crucial swing state (which Obama won by 7 and 14) ...

There absolutely is.  Just because something is within the margin of error doesn't make it a "tie."  It's not like a result is a 50/50 chance until you exit the margin of error, and it's then suddenly 95%.  Just quit it and fix the title like an adult.

You should provided titles that accurately represent the poll's results. Stop acting like a moron.
