Bye-bye. Better to have a real Democrat holding this seat than Democrat-lite like Kirk.

Maybe not in Tennersee, but in the rest of the country, there are issues besides UHBORTION!  Kirk is not "Democrat-lite," and to say so suggests an extreme ignorance of his policies.

I knew you were going to reply to this, haha. Anyway, he's still clearly the least conservative of all the Republican Senators up for reelection this year, so it makes sense to triage him and focus on winnable races like PA and NV.

I mean, why wouldn't I?  A solid Republican like Kirk being called names by someone who's not in our party?  Needs called out.

Anyway, the GOP shouldn't be as stupid as the Democrats were by giving up on states where the cultural attitude differs from their base.  You can't run a granola type in Arkansas, and you can't run a Bible Thumper in Illinois; you HAVE to tailor your candidate to the region.  The more culturally diverse the GOP is (uniting behind actual POLICY issues, like Republicans from all areas of the US supporting tax cuts and lowering spending), the stronger it will be.
