I can't wait til the poll comes out. If Kaine wins it this truly is a testament to Atlas' bias.

I am not the only one saying this, almost all the media folks on twitter are saying the same thing. Pence is not defending his boss and is lying about Trump's statements.

Kaine thinks allies like SK and Japan shouldn't have nukes? LMAO

They shouldn't. You have no understanding of the deep-seated rivalries in East Asia. Giving Japan and SK nukes with China already nuclear-armed is lighting a match to kerosene
Lol at thinkint the U.S. has a right to prevent sovereign, allied nations from having nukes.

Ever heard of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty?

Actually, have you every heard about international relations before tonight?
If there was a treaty that allowed for slaves, would it be acceptable? Not to mention the fact that states do not have to accept the treaty. Goodness why do I bother with you ridiculous globalists. "Yay a treaty or law has been signed. It must be ok!"

Watching this without sound, Pence seems angrier. Kaine, even when he is obviously unhappy, smiles more.

If the narrative becomes "Pence doesn't defend Trump, refutes campaign's policy points" it doesn't matter who actually won or if it's tied.

I think Kaine's strategy is to go for broke because he realizes not many people are going to have watched the whole debate. If he goes kitchen sink, there's more of a chance he'll have more strong moments and that they'll be replayed by the media.

Yeah, you can cut up this debate and show Trump's actual statements and Pence isn't going to look so great.

Kaine is smart to just keep hitting him with it.

This is going to be main outcome of the debate.

So Pence is lying about the "inarguable leader" quote right?

That's probably the best way to watch this!

Having said that, I think you have a point.  Pence comes across as a dour old man much of the time (even though he's certainly been more composed in this debate), while Kaine seems more upbeat -- even when he's angry.

I imagine if Kaine had retained composure he might have won this debate. He has had a lot of strong points. The constant interrupting and the way he has interrupted have been distracting and put him in the image of being nervous and not in command of the debate.

Pence has not really made any strong points at all, but by retaining composure, he has made the appearence that he is on top of the debate. This was especially so at the beginning.

It will be interesting to see how this will be spun by the media and the impressesion that prevails on twitter and other social media.

Both South Korea and Japan have accepted the treaty as non-nuclear states. Korea back in 1975, Japan back in 1976. Neither has ever expressed any desire to abandon it: quite on the contrary, they are strong supporters.

You know less about international relations than a three-month old baby knows about nuclear physics.

Kaine in a sense dominated somewhat. He's an attack dog. He's not what people thought he would be.

Kaine has successfully turned Pence against Trump. He is either not defending him, lying about what he said, or arguing against positions made by Trump in the past. The media and the Clinton campaign will eat this up!

Kaine was an asshole.  Suck ass.  Pence did win on style points. I'll give that.  Lets just see what the media runs with though.  That or the non-defense of Trump by Pence.
