These will all be pretty boring for Republicans and Democrats, but could get interesting for Independents.  So, I'll add a scenario where you run as a "Liberal Independent" in a reverse-2016-style election:

Vermont, Maine, and Alaska

I didn;t make it clear enough what I was asking for, but the OP is now edited with more specifics.

As a Rep: WV, UT, AL (assuming no Trumpian antics)
As a Dem (lol): given that the GOP candidate would probably be to their left, WV (by far), TN, and OK.
As an Indie: TN, IN, ND.
