(Was debating on posting this here or on the past elections page, but whatever.)
-----------------
Primaries:

Let's say this takes place in an alternate 1988, where the term limit doesn't exist. Despite Reagan starting to age, and the alzheimer's starting to show a bit, he decides to run for a third term, Bush decides to split from the ticket and runs his own campaign. Others that run for Republican nomination are Bob Dole, Jack Kemp, and Donald Rumsfeld.

On the Democratic side, Bill Clinton decides to run for the Democratic nomination, as well as Al Gore, Michael Dukakis, Lloyd Bentsten, Jesse Jackson, and Joe Biden.
-------------------------
Extras for General Election:
As for other nominations, Ron Paul runs on the Libertarian ticket and Ross Perot runs as an Independent.

How would everyone do during the primaries, and eventually win nomination? And then who would win the '88 election?
