Actually, there is only 7 flags; Flags number 2 and 7 have been eliminated.

Well, again, I have failed to close the voting booth on time, (someone forgot to remind me, and I’m not very good at keeping up with the time.)

*Takes proposal 8 off the pole, then burns the rope holding the flags up.  After the flame has been extinguished and a new rope is in place, the OFFICIAL MIDWEST FLAG is raised slowly to the top.*
