Charlie Baker:
Probably my favorite American politician today. Since becoming Governor of Massachusetts, he’s always taken the high ground on environmental (U.S. Climate Agreement) and social (abortion rights and LGBTQ+ Rights) issues and seems to have remained a fiscal conservative despite not having much chance to advocate for that in his current position. Of course, I’m not delusional; his chances of winning the primary are very low. If he were to somehow make it out, there would be a high likelihood of a conservative third-party candidate running, more likely from the Tea Party wing than not. Regardless, he would be a unifying figure for a divided nation. He will always be on my list of greatest Presidents who never were.
It's likely that he'd Romneyfy though.
