lol that Dem bench is kinda depressing. Booker strikes me as a paper tiger, Cuomo is, well, Cuomo, and as much as I like Warren and Kaine, I'm not sure either would be strong general election candidates for entirely different reasons.
Despite Cotton's low position, I wouldn't be surprised if Cotton wipes the floor with the rest of these hacks. Would definitely beat Pence or Ryan in a debate.
