Yes, Labor dissolved about a few months ago. There was an attempt to revive it, but it's not the same party.

Yep, just go to "Profile" at the top of the screen, then under "Modify profile" click "Atlas-Forum Options" and then check "Receive alerts when users quote you in a post".
