Interesting to note that it looks like Johnson's supporters are more enthusiastic and more committed to voting for him than Feingold's

Why does it have an A- rating when in 2012 and 2014 for Senate and Governor it was so off (see above)?

Probably because there methodology sound. Being a low A is probably due to the results history.

I doubt he is up that much, but it wouldn't surprise me if Feingold has recovered a bit.
